Dear Japan...

  • Mood: distressed
  • Music: The Winner-- Hagita Mitsuo
I am glad that you have moved on since, y'know, Prince of Space & Invasion of the Neptune Men. Especially Invasion of the Neptune Men. It makes Prince of Space look like Oscar material. Such a bad movie. Beyond bad. The Hitler Building is pretty much the funniest thing in there. To quote Tom Servo (well, halfway): "I know a song about stock footage! TAKE IT AND STUFF IT, MOVIE!" "He's not even Space Chief, he's more like... Lower Atmosphere Chief." I was going to do a meme, but my answers were so drop-dead lame, that i decided against it. But i did learn something over break (if only just a few days ago): Sumuuzu, written in katakana, does not refer to the singing globs of purple goo with the bulging eyes of my youth. It means "smooth." Since i found this in a Hetalia doujin, i was slightly worried (why is Arthur watching My Little Pony...?). For funny pictures, see previous post. Speaking of pictures, when one draws something so moe (am i using that right; referring to dictionary here) it's not even funny, does one share it with the world or does one tuck it away somewhere so they'll never be embarrassed? Also wrote the e-mails to the state representatives concerning The Senator. No one listen to the media; they've got it all wrong, especially the jerk from The Sun. I mean, honestly. It's not about the money this time. Back to school (well, college) tomorrow. Art history (Figure in Western Art? I think?) & History of the Chesapeake; see how that one goes. (John Smith: This place is awesome!" Fast forward to today: "D'you know, i think the bay is dying a slow, painful death?" Augh.) Ah well. (sigh)
